Digital Marketing Manager (July 2021 – Present)

Project Management: Managed all projects for a digital marketing team using ClickUp. Coordinated all team meetings. Worked closely with our software engineering team on a continuing SaaS project.

Client Management: Coordinated with and reported to all marketing clients on progress and updates.

Lead Digital Marketing Specialist (October 2019 – July 2021)

UX Design: Held card sorting exercises, performed data analysis, and developed information architectures.

Videography/Animation: Wrote, recorded, and animated various promotional and educational videos.

Digital Marketing Specialist (October 2018 – October 2019)

Digital Ad Management: Controlled multiple clients’ ad accounts across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.

Email Marketing: Created client marketing emails and newsletters via HubSpot.

Graphic Design: Developed logos, brochures, ebooks, and branded materials.

Copywriting: Wrote blogs, ebooks, and social media posts. Interviewed clients and developed content.

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

Graphic Designer (April 2016 – August 2018)

Email Marketing: Created emails to leads, past guests, and other market segments. Sent via HubSpot to a database of +225,000 contacts.

Web Design/Development: Redesigned website for annual Sandestin Triathlon (WordPress). Made customizations to theme’s source code files and stylesheets.

App Design/Development: Worked with third-party developers to create the Sandestin app. Led the initiative in the internal marketing team to organize the app structure and user flow.

Graphic Design: Produced all print and display ads. Designed logos and all marketing collateral for resort events. Retouched and manipulated photography.

Mead Design Studios

Client Management: Coordinated with remote and local clients in vastly different industries to sculpt cohesive brands

Branding: Created full visual identity systems for new and established companies: logos, business cards, stationery, websites

Design & Layout: Designed all marketing materials and coordinated with local printers to produce collateral for events. Developed materials consistent with the Chamber’s brand identity.
